Symptoms for male infertility
Although in the vast majority of cases male infertility does not imply the existence of any signs except the inability to conceive a child with a healthy fertile woman, there are in about 1 in 5 men also some physiological symptoms. Thus, one or more of the following may occur:

Problems with the sexual function – starting with difficult ejaculation, small amounts of ejaculated fluid, low libido, difficulty maintaining an erection (erectile dysfunction). Often these signs are closely related to the health of the hormonal system
Inflammation / swelling / nodule in the testicular area – there are a number of conditions that can cause such symptoms, starting with varicocele and ending with testicular cancer, which can cause infertility
Abnormal growth of breast tissue – gynecomastia
Low level of facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosomal or hormonal abnormality
A lower number of sperm than normal (less than 15 million per 1 ml of semen or less than 29 million per ejaculate)
Small testicles and hard consistency – the testicles store sperm, therefore their health is an indicator of fertility. Testicles of small size or hard consistency may indicate the need for a medical examination
